Chuck has spent nearly 25 years as a cable/telecommunications industry executive building and running companies and business units at Cox, Charter and China Network Systems. Chuck joined Deep Fiber Solutions in August 2017 as its Chief Executive Officer and member of its Board of Directors. Prior to that, Chuck served almost six years as the Chief Executive Officer of China Network Systems (CNS), Taiwan’s largest multi-system cable operator. Before joining CNS, Chuck spent 12 years in various executive positions within the cable industry in the United States as the Senior Vice President for Southeast Operations with Charter Communications, the head of Cox Business Services LLC, and the VP of Residential Broadband Services at Cox Communications. Prior to his experience in cable television, Chuck worked 17 years for AT&T (formerly SBC Communications) in corporate strategic planning and in telephone operations. Chuck holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Missouri and a master’s degree in business from Washington University. He currently serves on the board of directors for Rahab’s Rope, Summit Counseling Center, Orange Thread Media, and Enertech Capital Partners. Previously he served, internationally, on boards of directors for China Network Systems, Inc., Global Digital Media Inc., Cable Broadcast Institute of Taiwan, and the American Chamber of Taiwan; and domestically, on boards of directors for both the state of Missouri and national board for the United Cerebral Palsy Association.

Rick has more than 23 years of corporate financial management and accounting experience with a proven track record building and operating leading-edge companies. Rick was most recently Vice President of Business Process Improvement for Level 3 Communications, leading key operational and financial imperatives such as ERP, ticketing, inventory and workflow consolidation projects. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Gospel Music Channel (GMC) growing revenue and controlling expenses to lead the start-up to achieve positive cash flow. Prior to GMC, he served as Vice President of Fiscal Operations for the largest division of Charter Communications where he directed all financial activities including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, analysis and managing performance through key operating metrics. Prior to Charter, Rick served as a Director of Finance for Urban Media Communications, a Silicon Valley based start-up, where he led financing efforts raising more than $130m of equity and debt funding. Rick has held other management and director level positions with Sprint PCS and Cox Communications where he started his telecommunications career in 1990. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from George Mason University and an MBA from Mercer University.

Gary is a senior executive with over 20 years of global experience in cable TV, hardware, software and services. Prior to joining Deep Fiber Solutions, Gary managed a company that consulted in the areas of sales, marketing and business development for clients that included multi nationals such as Inspur, Arris, Sumavision and Tensar as well as the start ups Orotek – and Bright Sky Holdings. Both Tensar and Orotek were construction related assignments.

As a full time employee Gary held various executive positions that included 8 years of international living experience: SMC as General Manager of Latin America, Concurrent as SVP of Sales and Marketing and ADC as Regional Vice President of Latin America based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In addition, Gary served Cisco in a product management related role for the Latin American region. Responsibilities included managing multi country sales teams focused on acquiring and maintaining top tier clients such as Comcast, Time Warner, Cox, Charter, Telmex and Telefonica.

Gary began his career with Scientific-Atlanta in sales roles focused on the southeastern United States, Latin America and southern Europe. He holds a bachelor degree from Georgia Tech in Industrial and Systems engineering, attended the University of Belgrano, Buenos Aires, Argentina in its MBA program and is fluent in Spanish.

Tom’s 29 years of experience include every aspect of the cable industry from sales to product management, high speed data, video distribution, program management, operations and construction. Most recently Tom was Vice President of Operations for Clearleap Inc. (now IBM Cloud Video) where he lead teams responsible for Media Content QC and distribution, Program Management, Systems Engineering, 4 International Data Centers, and a 24 by 7 Network Operations Center. He was also responsible for the successful rollout of HBO Nordic overseas. Prior to that Tom was a Senior Program Director for Bigband Network’s where he was responsible for the nation’s first Switched Digital Video rollouts and hundreds of Simulcast, Ad Insertion and other projects. Tom has also held other management and Director level positions at AT&T Broadband, High Speed Access Corp, Cox Communications and others, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Villanova University.
